These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Tokenizd technology platform, developed and operated by Origin Labs, a French company (SAS), trading under the commercial name "Tokenizd".

Origin Labs acts exclusively as a technology provider and is in no way a financial institution, investment advisor, financial intermediary, or custodial service. The Tokenizd platform is a technological tool enabling asset tokenization via blockchain.

Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms by the user.

Origin Labs develops and maintains a technological infrastructure allowing users to interact with asset tokenization protocols on blockchain. The company does not hold, manage, or control any digital assets belonging to users.

The TKZ token is exclusively a utility token designed to access Tokenizd platform functionalities. It is in no way:

• • A financial security or investment instrument
• • An investment contract or marketable security
• • A profit-sharing or dividend mechanism
• • A store of value or currency
• • A speculative or fundraising instrument

TKZ token utility functions:

• • 50% reduction on platform fees
• • Access to premium tokenization features
• • Participation in platform technical governance
• • Access to advanced analytics tools
• • Priority customer support

Total Supply: 1,000,000,000 TKZ (fixed supply)

Distribution:

Vesting conditions: Tokens allocated to Origin Labs are subject to a 6-month cliff period followed by linear vesting over 18 months. The liquidity pool is locked for a minimum duration of 24 months via a timelock contract.

Origin Labs/Tokenizd does NOT provide:

• • Custody or deposit services
• • Management of user private keys
• • Banking or financial intermediary services
• • Transaction execution on behalf of users
• • Security or fund recovery guarantees

Origin Labs/Tokenizd provides ONLY:

• • Software tools and user interfaces
• • Smart contract deployment and maintenance
• • Technical documentation
• • Access to platform functionalities
• • Technical and community support

5.1 Origin Labs Obligations

Origin Labs commits to:

• • Develop and maintain technological infrastructure
• • Perform regular security audits
• • Provide comprehensive technical documentation
• • Ensure platform technical support
• • Comply with applicable regulations

5.2 User Obligations

The user commits to:

• • Use the platform in accordance with these Terms
• • Secure their access and personal information
• • Comply with applicable local regulations
• • Not use the platform for illegal purposes
• • Assume responsibility for their transactions

5.3 Liability Limitations

Origin Labs cannot be held liable for financial losses, direct or indirect damages resulting from platform use, market fluctuations, user manipulation errors, or technical failures beyond its control.

The TKZ token and Tokenizd platform constitute experimental technologies. Users participate at their own risk and must thoroughly understand blockchain technology, smart contract risks, and market volatility before any engagement.

Neither Origin Labs nor any liquidity provider provides guarantees regarding token performance, platform functionality, or investment results.

Origin Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect legal or regulatory changes. Users will be informed of important modifications via official channels.
